I should know better, I have been doing this for 30+ years.

It took two months longer than I was hoping for to get the Medical Email Service running in production mode.   We added some really useful features that we had not conceived originally.  The service  will be more effective in different ways for the different constituent groups.  Adult children taking care of their parents will like the caregiver setup option.  Parents of dependent children will like the ability to set up their personal email to receive alerts as will the patients themselves.   There is a sister product being readied that I will announce some time in the next two weeks.  It will be a game changer for enhancing effective patient engagement and compliance.
